He manages to describe some incidents in detail, and also hits out at Americas way of life. He points out at some specific problems that America and all Americans face. The fact is that Americans arent even aware of certain problems they have. He dislikes the new America to that extent that he wonders why he moved back to America in the first place. To me, it indicates manageable cultural transition problem.
